Changing your computer cursor to these!
If you want one or both of these cursors on your computer, it seems difficult, but its actually pretty easy:

1. Download any of these cursors from the links provided.
When you click these links, you will be prompted to download them. They will download to wherever your downloads normally go. Make sure you know where that folder is, since you'll have to browse for it later to replace your pointers with the Miku ones! Here are the links:

Singing Cursor
Blinking Cursor
Leekspin Cursor
Book Cursor
Kotatsu Cursor

2. Find the part of your computer where you can change cursors.

For Windows find it this way. First go to Control Panel on your computer. Then for Windows got to XP Printers and other hardware- then Mouse- then click the Pointers tab. For Windows 7 just go straight to Mouse from Control Panel, and then to the Pointers tab.

For other operating systems, there should be something similar and if you don't know you'll have to consult your manual or Google where to find your pointers.

3. Now change out the cursor!
Go down to Customize to select what cursors you wanna change. The ones you see the most are Normal Select and Link Select. Highlight the one you want to change and go to Browse.. and find the folder where the cursors downloaded to, select them, and switch them out! Make sure you hit Apply (or whatever your computer has) to keep the changes! You can save this theme as well. Make sure Allow themes to change cursors is checked as well.

Use these visual examples if you don't know how:
This is starting from the menu we brought up in step 2 above.
I select the cursor I'm going to change on my com and hit browse.

Then I find the custom Miku cursors on my com and select one.

Now I apply the changes to my com! Done!

A good setup is to have the Singing Cursor as your normal select, and the Blinking Cursor as your link select!

Changing your anime/manga list cursor!

This is made to work on any list, just add the codes in the spoiler to your CSS. The cursor will work in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox. Sadly no modern browsers support animated cursors anymore so Miku won't be animated, but the cursor will still be customized! The cursor won't appear in Internet Explorer, and would lag up IE anyways as they no longer support animated cursors.

note: You need custom CSS to use this on your anime and manga lists.
If you don't, use this tutorial first: http://myanimelist.net/forum/?topicid=200320

I made two schemes for cursors. One shows the Singing Miku cursor at all times on your list. The other shows the singing cursor normally but when you put it on a link it shows the blinking one!

Same cursor on hover and non-hover

body {
cursor:url(http://i49.tinypic.com/2hehh5i.png) 1 2, auto;
}
a:hover {
cursor: url(http://i49.tinypic.com/2hehh5i.png) 1 2, auto;
}

If you want to use different cursor types, just change the code in the parenthesis with any of these:
